The achievement of the objectives pursued through the public provision of any web application is conditional on the end-user satisfaction.

The quality factors or attributes of an application or website that will influence this satisfaction can be classified into those related to: the quality and usefulness of the contents, the quality of service and support provider, and the quality of application design, quality attribute on the issue in the present work.
